Spring Gift Toppers Workshop Highlights

We had a great time at The Gifted Blog's last Gift Toppers Workshop! Take a look:

S.'s favorite project was the Mylar wrapper ribbon. We loved the combination of bright green and Japanese characters in her finished product!

E.'s favorite was the tissue paper blossom. I usually make my blossoms with rounded ends, but her pointed ones turned out like a peony.

It would have been great to have full registration, but teaching 2 friends made for a relaxed class environment. I learned a few things from them about gift wrapping (or the lack thereof) in contemporary Korean culture!

If you missed this one...gather 3 other people and let's get a class on the calendar! To be honest, the hardest thing about the workshops is getting enough people at the right time. Give me a group of eager students and I am there! This would be perfect for a birthday gift, book club, or ladies' night in. E-mail giftedmailbox[at]gmail[dot]com for rates.

  2. Wanda - Hello and welcome! It's a pleasure to have you. I tried to watch your demo on Etsy Labs but got the time wrong - didn't realize it was listed in EST! I'm in Pasadena. Would love to hear about any events you're doing to promote your book.
