Belated Thanks & Request for Support

Instead of blogging at my well-worn dining table, I'm writing today from a swanky hotel lobby in Boston after spending a very nice Thanksgiving with G's side of the family. Amidst Christmas lights, glossy ornaments, and oversized wreaths, I'm sitting here feeling very grateful.

I missed my chance to tell you on Thanksgiving, but I want you to know I am so grateful for each and every one of you who take time out of your day to join me on The Gifted Blog. There's no point in blogging without someone reading on the other end, and I am blessed to have a steadily growing group of readers like you. As I continue to turn this passion into an income stream, every visit, link, and ad click is sincerely appreciated!

If you appreciate what you read here, here are 3 simple ways you can sustain my work on The Gifted Blog:

1) Subscribe for free.
If you find yourself checking for new posts on a regular basis, subscribe and let each post come to you! Click here to receive posts by e-mail, or here to add The Gifted Blog to your RSS feed. This helps me build a healthy community of readers and means you won't miss a thing!

2) Tell a friend.
If you know someone who would like an idea you read about here, use the little gray boxes at the end of each post to share The Gifted Blog by e-mail, Twitter, or Facebook.

3) Shop.
Buy something through an Amazon link on my blog and I automatically receive a small percentage of the sale through the Amazon Affiliates program. (And lest you fear I'm getting greedy, I've only accrued $6.93 so far!)

Since you can't make everything on your loved ones' wish lists, this is a great way to support a pro-handmade business (mine!) if you do make an online purchase in the coming weeks.

I sincerely appreciate your presence (virtual though it may be!) and support. Though I was probably born without an entrepreneurial bone in my body, it's been a privilege to try to make a business out of doing what I love to do. Thanks again for being part of my creative journey!

[Note: Though it's an option primarily for L.A. locals, you can also support me by attending a workshop! Click here to save a spot in the Eco-Felt Ornament Workshop on December 11!]
