Imaginary Tweets: Are We in Labor Yet? Edition

The only decent shot of my baby belly I could find is this one by N. We're 2 weeks from the due date and guessing it'll be even less time before we're welcoming baby #2 into the world!

Saw this yesterday...hilarious.

Our reading lists pretty much sum up our family's respective life stages. I don't have to tell you whose is whose, right?

Bringing Up Bebe (actually pretty insightful! I must have started at least 6 conversations with G with, "So, in that book about French parenting...")
Ina May's Guide to Childbirth (though I skipped all the birth stories)
The Nursing Mother's Companion
Loving the Little Years (from a good friend and fellow mom)

Green Eggs and Ham (he can read bits of it!)
Frog and Toad Are Friends
Eyewitness Books: Dinosaur

A PhD Is Not Enough! (more encouraging than the title suggests)
How to Write a Lot: A Practical Guide to Productive Academic Writing
Life on the Tenure Track

In other news, I have had a major sweet tooth lately. Anyone wanna make me these?

    1. I'd forgotten about them until recently! The one we read last night was written in 1970, but the series is just so classic. The only thing that's dated are Frog and Toad's bellbottoms. ; )
