Teacher Thank You Gift Idea | Wrap Story

It's Big N's last week of preschool...sniff. I came across these old photos and thought I'd share as an idea for teacher thank you gifts. Have you tried the house brand chocolate bars from World Market? They are super yummy and reasonably priced.

As thank-yous for the teachers and volunteers at our last church, I picked up a bunch and covered them with bands of paper the kids had drawn and painted on. This is a great way to use the surplus of kids' art you may find yourself with at the end of the school year.

If you don't live near a World Market, I also crave (and hoard) these chocolates on a regular basis. I brought this chili kind to a clothes swap last weekend and it was a hit. Happy end-of-the-school-year and start of summer to you all!

This Wrap Story is part of a series documenting every present I’ve wrapped since the launch of The Gifted Blog. Click here to see them all.

  1. What a great idea!! I've wrapped hershey bars before but yes-specialty chocolates!! And World Market stuff is very reasonably priced. LOVE using kid's art....:( my kids don't make this kind of art anymore. I so enjoy your blog--keep writing!!!

    1. Ah, yes, I'm so in the toddler/preschool mommy mindset that it's hard to imagine a time that our walls won't be overflowing with scribbled masterpieces. Maybe rough drafts of 5 paragraph essays could substitute? ; ) I so appreciate your encouragement!
