I’m so happy to have you!
I hope your visit will encourage you to experiment, tinker, and enjoy. Because, let's be honest: gift wrapping can be stressful, a harried afterthought as you are rushing off to that birthday party or shower. But it has so much potential! The Gifted Blog is your go-to resource for all occasions. Take a look and find DIY tutorials, the lowdown on every gift I wrap, free printables, and suggestions even a gift wrap hater can appreciate.
I love wrapping gifts because it is an opportunity to be creative and share that pleasure with someone else. It's a reason to use our hands and imagination. It's an excuse to play around with unusual materials. At its best, gift wrapping is a satisfying creative practice in an increasingly virtual world.
When I'm not wrapping gifts or blogging about it, I enjoy working at Common Thread Studio, watching TV online with my husband (most recently, Downton Abbey) and playing trains with my son in beautiful Pasadena, California.
And just so you know: when you click on an ad link, a percentage of money from that advertiser goes to support the blog through Google AdSense. The blog is also supported by sponsor ads on the sidebar and affilate links to Amazon. No pressure, though. You can read more of my thoughts on making a living doing what you love here.
Thanks for being here!
